Hale Mahina is a special place where family and friends love to gather. However, please be aware that the booking of large groups and multiple units is discouraged in an effort to preserve the ambiance and amenities for all guests staying at the resort.
We kindly request that when making your reservation for our Maui Sea Shell Condo, unit A305, if you are traveling with another party, that the booking does not exceed one additional unit, either one bedroom or two bedrooms and your party does not exceed more than 8 persons total.

Reservation Process:
Please check our calendar to determine available dates and if you wish to proceed, contact us via email, phone or use the contact form below. Our calendar is updated regularly. Please note, while we do not require reservations to begin and end on a specific day of the week (Sat.- Sat.). During the high season of December 18th – April 30th, we kindly request that guests book their dates leaving no “small gaps” (less than 7 nights) in the calendar between reservations. ~Mahalo!
The information you provide will be used to generate a rental agreement, which will be emailed to you. Upon receipt of rental agreement you will be required to print, sign/date and mail to us at the address provided on the document, along with your deposit (50%), a copy of your Driver’s License (or govt. issued ID) and a separate check for $300 which is a refundable security deposit. These items must be received within 7 days to secure your reservation. The balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date. Once full payment is received, a final confirmation will be emailed to you which serves as your “Paid in ‘Full” receipt and provides you with all the necessary information for arrival and check -in.
Personal or Bank Checks are preferred, but a credit card can be used through PayPal which may incur an additional $7 per night processing fee.
Our Cancellation Policy
Your 50% initial deposit is fully refundable up to 60 days prior to your check in date. After the 60 days the deposit is non-refundable, unless we can re-book the unit for those dates. If the unit is not re-booked the deposit can be put towards a future booking made within 12 months of the original reservation date.
*Please note all cancellations are subject to a $75 processing fee.
